Paul exhibited these traits in proving to be a positive and effective teacher. The children in his charge were always engaged effectively and he treated them seriously and developed excellent relationships within the classroom. The children were always set appropriate, specific and challenging goals in their learning and behaviour. His teaching is systematic and well organised, reflecting his knowledge and understanding of the curriculum. Paul developed good relationships with all other members of staff and worked in collaboration in a very positive manner.

We are delighted with the progress Jack has made this year. Jack has found many aspects of the curriculum very intestesting, so much so he has followed it through at home in various ways. Such interest shows how inspiring Jack has found his lessons this year and highlights the high quality of classroom teaching he has had.
